Return and Exchange Policies
Eluxurypets.com will accept Returns within 30 days from date of delivery only. Merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied with the original invoice for a refund of the purchase.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
You may ship your return back to us any method you like, we suggest you choose a method that is trackable and insured.
eluxurypets.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return package(s) are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged in transit. *Please insure your packages when sending your return to us.
Eluxurypets.com reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at eluxurypets.com discretion.
Returns to eluxurypets.com are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment in the original order.
Please note the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will not be credited back.
eluxurypets.com currently cannot accommodate "same order exchanges" at this time.
If you would like to exchange your original ordered item for a new item, simply follow the Return Policy Instructions above for the original order and place a New Order on eluxurypets.com for the new item.
Please note: new orders are subject to merchandise availability, we will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
